4. First-Aid

Like, bandages, thermometer, medicines, hydrogen peroxide to wash and disinfect wounds, antiseptic wipes, ample amount of cotton, antibiotic ointment, burn gel and scissors.

5. Sanitation and Hygiene

Deprived of plumbing facilities in times of crisis? Need not worry. You just need to carry a few simple things to make up for a temporary bathroom. These include a bucket which you can use as a toilet and a toilet seat for the toilet. 6. Lighting and Communication
